WORK: Brand Naming, Brand Identity Design & Brand Strategy
Our role
Design by Ching collaborated with FHIIT to create a bold and memorable brand identity that captures the essence of high-intensity interval training. Our work began with crafting the brand name “FHIIT.lk,” a dynamic and catchy name that reflects functional fitness and intensity. We then developed a comprehensive Brand Identity Design, including a neurodesign-inspired logo, vibrant color palette (yellow and dark charcoal/black), and approachable typography that aligns with FHIIT’s energetic persona. Finally, we formulated a Brand Strategy to ensure consistency and alignment with FHIIT’s mission to make fitness accessible and impactful.
The FHIIT logo leverages neurodesign principles for maximum impact. The “F” represents “Functional” fitness, with accelerating bars symbolizing the increasing intensity of workouts. The curvy, tapered font is approachable, conveying that fitness progress is achievable. The inclined font aligns with left-to-right reading patterns, suggesting motion toward goals. Using the Gestalt principle of proximity, the logo’s horizontal bars form a single “F,” enhancing memorability. The vibrant yellow color adds a “kick,” evoking happiness and enthusiasm, while dark charcoal/black conveys strength and sophistication.
